Hi Corinne, yes you can send any fanmail to specific actors to that address. They will be back in Jan 2008 when they start shooting season 4.

Thanks for your question. The show is shot at South Pacific Pictures in West Auckland. We are not currently filming at the moment (Dec 2007) as we are in between series. We start shooting series 4 in early 2008 but unfortunately, do to the fast turnaround nature of our production and the overwhelming demand from fans of the show to visit the set, we’re unable to accommodate visitors.

The West House exterior is actually a private address which we do not publish in order to keep the privacy of the tenants who live there. Any disruption to them or the neighbourhood could jeopardise our ability to continue filming at the house.
