Most Valiant
Tension is rife among the Hoochie girls, which comes to a head in the post mortem of a disastrous party. Lloyd has been suspended, and Rochelle blames Wolf. But when Sheree is about to spill the truth about who’s to blame, Cheryl lays down the law about Sheree’s role as crime wife: keep schtum, look after business and organise Wolf’s defence. Sheree insists she’s skint, and Cheryl finds her wanting. Cheryl decides she needs to intervene to help Wolf, but Pascalle suspects a deeper reason. Sheree, angry, tries to hit Loretta up for money from the job, but gets the short shift. Nicky is not impressed at Loretta’s attitude, but Loretta is adamant that if Sheree is to get cash, it will come from his half. Kasey and Rochelle now suggest to Cheryl that she gets rid of Sheree. She knows she wants to! Cheryl is torn, and Pascalle can see it, but wants to know the real reason. Is she trying to get rid of Sheree so she can get back with Wolf? Cheryl denies this, but Pascalle convinces her that firing Sheree would be a wrong thing.
Rule number one. You stand by your man. You take care of business and you keep your mouth shut.Cheryl
Meanwhile, Van and Munter freak to find a cop in Judd’s house, but find this is no raid. Zoe, the lady cop, is on with Judd! The reason: Judd has decided to take the hint from Cheryl and move on. Munter is inspired by this wisdom, but Van thinks it’s wrong. But now, they’re forced to do a job for the abusive crazy Mrs Webster. Munter is on the verge of quitting, then falls through a roof, and lands on the dream car: a Chrysler Valiant. The lads have to back pedal with Mrs Webster and promise more work in exchange for the car. Van is increasingly peeved with Munter’s hero worship of Judd, but gets called to an urgent meeting with Pascalle who shares her concerns about Cheryl with Loretta and Van.
Loretta is adamant that Cheryl shouldn’t get back with Wolf. But Pascalle is sure of one thing: holding the family together is all up to her. Sheree, at a low ebb, gets cash and comfort from Nicky. But when she arrives in a new outfit, having hired a crap lawyer, Cheryl sees red, and fires Sheree. Sheree then arrives home to find her house empty. The reason, she finds from Loretta, is that Jethro has sold up – and Sheree is out on the street. Pascalle is appalled to hear that Cheryl went back on her promise and talks turkey to Cheryl. Does she want Wolf back or not? Cheryl’s answer is confused. She isn’t sure. Pascalle promises to support her no matter what – but also goes to offer comfort to Sheree. Cheryl comes home to find that Pascalle has offered refuge to Sheree, because she’s . . . pregnant. Cheryl doesn’t want to believe it, but finds it’s true. And in this way, the decision is taken out of Cheryl’s hands. She visits Wolf to close the door.
Van and Munter find that Mrs Webster is reneging on the deal – she wants to crush the valiant! Munter is angry, but Van thinks all this moving on stuff is shit. He wants to go back to him and Munter, and also Kasey. Munter takes this ill, but when he confides in his mentor and father figure, he finds that Judd feels that he and Munter are not in the same waka. He also realises that Judd is hurt. Munter decides to meet Kasey, which goes well, until the matter of her birthday comes up. She got no text and thinks he’s a liar – which is when Munter discovers that he texted Falani. Munter is in despair, then finds that Van has done an amazing thing. Despite Mrs Webster, he did a deal with the tow truckie and got the car anyway. The downside is that the truckie is none other than Aaron Spiller . . .
As we end, there’s a new world order: Cheryl in her house of women, and Judd with the house of guys – including Aaron Spiller.
