These were a gift designed for cast and crew working on series four. Under the West 16 logo, they read Outrageous Fortune cast and crew 2008. Unfortunately, this means only those working on the series can get the shirts and they’re not available to the public.

Yes, the name of the game is Firing Squad. The ‘weapon’ is a vortex type ball and there are two teams facing each other. The team without the weapon stands and faces the enemy.

Get into position – stand upright with your arms outstretched, your legs shoulder width apart and close your eyes. This makes you the target. The team with the weapon launches their weapon at the target.

If it hits you, you’re out. But according to Van, it isn’t about that. It’s about balls and who’s got the biggest. It’s about who flinches. If it misses you and you don’t flinch, you’re still in the game. Then you get to pick up the weapon from where it lands and launch it back at the other team.

Van recommends emptying the mind whilst being the target. Think of nothing.

The last person standing wins the game for their team.
