You’re right – all the titles are from Shakespeare’s Hamlet. Basically, our writers will think of a theme key word for each episode (e.g. series five finale was largely about mothers & daughters) and do a word search in the Hamlet script for something appropriate.

Searching the word ‘daughter’ brought up a few things & the writers settled on ‘I Have A Daughter’.

Series six won’t be released on DVD until all 18 episodes have aired on New Zealand TV first. We obviously can’t sell all the episodes before they’re even broadcast as it’d defeat the purpose of TV production.

TV3 in NZ hasn’t yet announced a broadcast date for series six, but it’ll be sometime during the year. A DVD release is likely to be scheduled just after the series finishes airing.

Foxtel in Australia has the rights to the series, so lobby them about getting it!
