yeah i can see OF working without cheryl in it

you wouldn't be the only one who would stop watching & i remeber reading an article prior to series 4 & james griffin said the series wouldn't work without cheryl or jethro or van...& can't see that being any different coming into series 6.  maybe robyn malcolm is wanting less involvement but can't see that if S6 is the last OF series.

If Cheryl was going to kill someone don't you think it would be in a more imaginative fashion than with a gun? I reckon she'd use a rum bottle and it would be unintentional (as she's straight, you know, out of the crime business).

i agree i cant see her shooting someone unless he flips out and is threatening to shoot someone and she somehow manages to grab his gun and it goes off i so hope not because that would be crap

i've learnt not to dismiss anything that is suggested as a possibility on OF but that owljoe hasn't fronted with more details lessens his/her credibility.  i'm not dismissing anything but if cheryl does shoot gerard JUMP THE SHARK.  i liked the suggestion that she could at least use a rum bottle to knock him off!

well i heard that Gerald wont be in season6 so they have to get rid of him somehow.

EPIC ENDING

i think cheryl will be in intensive care for the first 2 or 3 episodes and we will be facing a 'will she/wont she make it' situation. then she will survive. but wont be able to have children anymore due to her injuries.
Pascarl will be unharmed.
gerald will die.
eric wont be a regular i think he will make sporadic appearances like sparky does.
van will move back home at some stage tho i dunno why.
loretta and hayden will break up but maybe not divorce.
nicky wont play a major role as he is in prison. either him and pascarl break up or they get married at the season finale, but we wont see him often either way.
sheree wont return.
kasey and munts have a baby tho i dunno what the outcome will be. or how it will change van and munts friendship or if they keep workin together. who knows.
unsure about wolf. (they seem to like having a tough guy character around. first it was wolf but when he was unavailable they brought in gary savage. then wolf came back. when wolf left again they brought in gerald. now gerald maybe gone either wolf will come back or a new, tough guy character willl replace him. dane harris? isaacs gang mates? eric?)

so agree about the ending! If Cheryl had stabbed Gerard in the neck and he fell to the ground dying it would have been shocking enough like "what have you done Cheryl?" but then for Gerard to pull his gun out and shoot them! that was the jaw dropping moment for me! and the music worked so well with it too!
