    ...how when a new character comes in, you either HATE him/her...or love him/her on sight.

    I absolutely love the wee girl that hopefully will become Van's girlfriend.  There has never been anyone quite like Aurora, but this wee chickie is spot on for Van and I love her on sight!  I never even got a vague feeling about the girl from Robs whatever it was.  Deleesha, as a new comer, was a washout.

    Other newbies that I have loved/hated.

    The gooch *thumbs up*
    Aaron *arrogant plonker, turned real cute dude*
    Angel * sometimes lover her sometimes hate her* ( loved her as vans flatmate and how house proud she was and packing his lunch....dislike her constant referral to her blowjob techniques.
    Sheree *she has always been hard to like*
    Nicky *likewise*
    Ngaire *fucking awesome man! Mint! Choice!*
    poofter dude that helped Pascalle with the bags *cool*
    Bruce *yawn*
    and it goes on and on.

    she just never clicked.  Neither did Deleesha.  Even before we got to know Aurora, she fitted. Same with the Gooch, and to a lesser extent, Aaron (he has sort of grown on us as he has changed).
    Mind you, I didnt like the girlfriend of Jethro's either (Danielle?)

    My favourite introduced characters would be:

    Aaron
    The Gooch
    Ngaire
    Nicky

    And Hayden but I think he's been there too long to count as a 'bring in'.

    I quite liked Danielle, she had a chance of turning Jed into a nice person (but then he wouldn't be Jethro hehe).  Bailey is... meh... lets just say she and Jed suit each other imo.

    I agree with NX about Danielle. I think if the writers gave her a chance she would have fit into the family fine, and was perfect for Jed. Now that she has gone Jethro has returned to being his evil self.

    Whats a Souffle?
    According to Wiki "A soufflé is a light, fluffy, baked cake made with egg yolks and beaten egg whites combined with various other ingredients and served as a savoury main dish or sweetened as a dessert" 
    - they rise quite high while baking because of all the air in the whipped egg whites.

    Pascalle's line was "I'll rise above this like I rise above everything and everyone around me!"
    To which Loretta replies "Yes Pascalle, you're a souffle."

    Basically Loretta is saying Pascalle is full of air...

    I think thats the reason for the writers never reintroducing Danielle, she made Jethro too nice and they needed an evil twin. I also think thats why they introduced Bailey. An evil counterpart for Jethro.

    That is the best description I have heard regarding any character!

    Mine Own Room was a good ep. Ya know why I liked it? Cheryl and Judd got on so well Cry.

    He had great potential in the show and we couldve had some amazing storylines with him if he had remained in the show.

    The Wah was because you said he died? I'm not a complete blonde! That's another thing I would love to ask JG, if he could tell us where they were headed with that story line, when he was in prison in s3, why was he afraid of Gary? I don't get it, I never got it! We need a thread, let them spill out story lines they couldn't complete because actors left.

    I pretty much like all the introduced characters except Bailey. Almost all of the introduced characters have contributed to a really awesome storyline. But I just can't get over Bailey's slimyness.

    How could I forget Lloyd!! He is definitely one of my favourites, i really, REALLY hope he makes another appearance before the end! I never really had an opinion on Corky (even though his name is my nickname). But i do like Bailey as a character, because she is evil and slimy:D
