    Ok just because I'm completely obsessive, it's fine tooth comb time... I just went shot by shot through the preview snippets from the Season 1-5 recap on Youtube... by my reckoning we've seen almost all of them.

    Eric and the blow up doll, Ep 1
    Van in the cop car and hat, Ep 1
    Rochelle in the bathroom, Ep 6
    Van in cop hat, Ep 1
    Ted slapping Hayden, Ep 3
    Rochelle with the coke line on her tit, Ep 6
    Bailey with an armful of manilla folders - Ep 2
    Van being pulled off Sheree by Nicky - Ep 9
    Brief shot of Angel's rear followed by Sparky zapping himself - Ep 11
    Ted and Ngaire dressed in black thief clothing - Ep 11
    Chastity/Susan downtrouing Aaron - Ep 11
    Van ogling naked chick - Ep 13
    Munter and Aaron hugging - Ep 8
    Hayden headbutting someone (Nicky maybe?) in pub with Rochelle(?) behind him  - not seen yet
    Van punching at someone, same scene as above - not seen yet

    Jane waving and dribbling - EDIT:  Correction!  Episode 7, when Judd and Pascalle leave the house heading for Nicky's sentencing.  Jane waves goodbye to them.  Loretta's just been feeding Jane her breakfast.

    There's the little bits before all that too with Van getting chucked in the cop car as the ambulance drives away and the Wests returning to their house as a crime scene.

    Yeah true.  Those were in Ep 1 as well weren't they?  The flashback scenes when Van, Judd and Loretta are coming up to the house and ripping up the police tape?
