If he does return I want Pookina to remember this conversation :)
Pookina will 'mysteriously' stop posting when Wolf returns, and we won't be able to rub it in.

Wayne's no fag. Just bit of a jerk. Eric and Falani have been a highlight of this season.

lol Corny. I'm sure pookina will stick around, especially if we're wrong, telling us we should have listened to him and not got our hopes up.

We'll find pookina over at the AJ forum :)

    Eva?

If I don't expect him to appear and he does, then that's sweet?

Aurora could feature in some weird dream sequence with a grown up Tama. Why hasn't anyone mentioned Aurora in this thread?

Maybe I'm being too optimistic, but I'm going to go for - no one's going to die. (I'm probably going to be wrong though. :D I just think this show has gotten itself out of some pretty dire situations without deaths (Aurora is the only closest to a family death we've really seen, and that was seasons ago) but rather with humor, so I think that's how it'll go out.

With Cheryl - I know she'll come around. Given the series was based on this character wanting to go straight, I can't see her becoming someone she'd hate. (Plus, we kind of already saw that in the last episode. Calling Draska's goons to put a hit on Judd I feel is the worst she'd do.) I can see Wolf making his one last visit to her - which inspires her to do the right thing. However, I don't actually see the two getting back together again. I think it might be a more powerful ending if Cheryl didn't end up with Wolf (or anyone else) - and be a happy independent woman like she always is. (Of course, I did want her to be with Judd at the start of the season, I just can't see how that would happen anymore. I do hope she can forgive and forget, and maintain a civil relationship with Judd)

As for the rest of the characters, I'm somehow envisioning a last scene where everyone gets on with their lives, but Loretta and Hayden kind of becomes the matriach of the family at the West house. They kind of already are, anyway.

Scenes I do hope we'd get:
    - I really want a scene with Grandpa and Judd. I want the feud between them to be over and they're as close as they did at the end of last scene (I mean, for gosh's sake, Grandpa practically said Judd is his son).
    - Obviously, a scene between Judd and Cheryl. They haven't talked since Judd revealed his love for Pascalle, and I'm dying to see how the talk goes when both parties have calmed down after the shock of it all.
    - I want a nice scene between Grandpa and Loretta too. LIke with Judd, Loretta is one of the few family members who's actually close to Grandpa, so it'll be nice to see some recognition of that too.
    - I'd like a scene between Judd and Jethro, because I still don't really know where Jethro stands. He's hated Judd for so long (without any real reason other than his mother complex - but he hated him more when he was firmly with Cheryl. Now that Judd obviously isn't with Cheryl, will this change?), and I want to see either a showdown or some kind of all right, we're ok kind of talk.
    - I think I thought of this a few weeks ago, and it's really unlikely to happen, but if Judd somehow saves Jethro from something huge, then perhaps that will be the way Judd repays Cheryl and gets everyone in the family to not mad at him anymore (and Jethro will have to begrudgingly accept Judd too) for cheating on Cheryl. It might mean a happy ending for Pascalle too (who finally gets to be with her man without him dying or leaving her).

Of course, given how wrong I usually am about what happens, I'm going to guess none of this will happen, yet I'll somehow be satisfied. :D

Why didn't we replace Cheryl with Eric's doll this season? Pop on a wig, place a rum and coke next to her and everything's sweet Smile. All that's missing is a heart beat.

Although, nothing beats the real deal.

That will drive me mad kakapo! That's almost as bad as if we left things at the end of season 5 as they were, Gerard firing, and fading to black with no more to come.

    Please don't end like that.

This is based on Judd and Pascalle marrying:

I want Judd to realise how the family dynamics will change. Cheryl and Wolf his in-laws, and all the kids that he was fathering now becoming his siblings (through marriage of course). I want to see the moment when he realises his ex is now his mother in law!

I think it would be cool if Judd left and became a cop again and Pascalle spends lots of time suffering and crying. Cheryl thinks she deserves it then she finds out that Judd help get her off and she feels horrible. She tells Pascalle to go after him and together they find him and Judd and Pascalle get married and Cheryl is okay with it because she knows that they love eachother. She's independant and happy.
Hopefully it ends sort of happy :)
    I doubt it will though..

I would love Judd to return to the force. In some capacity. But I think they have some rule about not being able to if you have a criminal record.

I'd love for a happy ending to happen but I don't see it with this show. The endings I like the most are the ones where things keep going but you just don't get to see it. It's better than everyone dying or something like that.

s4 rocked. I would have been satisfied with that. It would have meant no lost baby and C & J would have lived happily ever after. But pascalle would have been on the outside which i wouldn't have loved.

Bullshit! It ended with Sheree pregnant, Pascalle engaged and Loretta coming back into the house to help Cheryl get rid of the Greegans, If it ended like that I would hate it!

They were all harmonious. Something very rare in OF. Despite the open stories, the final shot of them around the dinning room table was a great image to leave it on.

    Im thinking cliffhanger
